We're open Tuesday to Saturday, 9am–6pm, and Sunday 10am–5pm. We're closed Mondays. For appointments outside these hours or urgent bookings, please call us on 01245 348 016 and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
How long does a typical nail appointment take?
Appointment times vary by service: Luxury Gel Manicures typically take 60–75 minutes, Acrylic Extensions 75–90 minutes, Builder Gel Overlays 45–60 minutes, and Deluxe Pedicures 75–90 minutes. Bespoke Nail Art can take 60–120 minutes depending on complexity. We'll confirm exact timing when you book.
Do you use quality, safe products, and are you accredited?
Absolutely. We use only premium, professional-grade products from trusted brands including OPI and CND. All our technicians are fully certified and experienced. We maintain strict hygiene standards and sterilise all tools thoroughly between clients. Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a charge. If you need to change your booking, simply call us on 01245 348 016 as soon as possible, and we'll help find an alternative time that suits you.
Do you offer services to customers outside Chelmsford?

What happens if I'm unhappy with my nails after treatment?
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you're unhappy with your nails immediately after your appointment, please speak to us straight away. We'll remedy any issues at no extra cost. For concerns that arise later, contact us within 48 hours on 01245 348 016 and we'll resolve the matter promptly.
